What we do
We buy liquidation lots and customer-returns pallets from major retailers — the kind that get sold off by the truckload — and break them down unit by unit. Every item gets opened, tested where it makes sense, photographed, and graded before it reaches the site.
The result is simple: retail products at liquidation prices, with the condition stated plainly. No mystery boxes, no stock photos hiding a scratch.
How we grade
Four grades, and we use them literally. New is unopened or unused. Open box has been opened and inspected but is essentially new. Used — good works, with cosmetic wear possible. For parts is sold as-is and not tested to fully work.
Whatever we found wrong with a unit goes in its "What to know" section on the listing. We would rather lose a sale than have you open the box disappointed.
Where we are
We operate out of Aventura, FL, serving Miami, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and shipping nationwide. Local pickup is free and usually same or next day.
